The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC- APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host its FY 19 Q~3 symposium entitled Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) on April 10, 2019, from 9-12:00 pm at Mallette Hall Auditorium, 6008 Jayhawk Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.  The RSVP date to attend is April 5, 2019; RSVP by emailing:  The symposium slides, questions, answers and summary will be posted on FedBizOpps after the symposium for personnel unable to attend.

AFCEA Aberdeen will hold its April luncheon on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, from 1130 to 1300, at Water’s Edge Event Center in Belcamp. Our featured guest speaker is Mr. Wayne Schoonveld, Chief, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Modeling and Simulation (SEAMS) Division, Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD). The Chesapeake Chapter of Sigma Xi – the Scientific Research Honor Society is holding its monthly meeting on Monday, April 22, 2019 from 1200 to 1300 at the Exton golf course clubhouse, Bldg. E1260, on APG South.  We invite interested APG-area scientists and engineers to attend. The APG Discovery Week Advanced Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) will be held April 30, to May 2, 2019.  The APBI will describe potential future contracting opportunities for mission areas that focus on: command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; research and development; test and evaluation; chemical and biological defense; and APG Garrison.  All interested parties must register to attend using this linked website.
