This is the 3rd year that APG Community Spouses Club will take part in The National Wreaths Across America (WAA) Day, which will take place on Saturday, December 15, 2018.  Please help them get to their initial goal of a Wreath for every Veteran's Grave at the two APG Cemeteries.  After they achieve their initial goal, their work still isn't done...they have over 400 Graves combined and want to honor all Family Members.  The website may say they reached their goal, but the goal only includes Veteran’s Graves and not the family member graves.  If you purchase two wreaths they receive a free one:  to make this purchase CLICK HERE.  To purchase a wreath for the Cemetery at APG North, CLICK HERE.  To purchase a wreath for the Cemetery at APG South/Edgewood Area, CLICK HEREDeadline for wreath purchase is December 3, 2018.

Taylor for the second National Opioid Crisis Community Summit at APG on December 11, 2018.  Last year, the inaugural National Opioid Crisis Community Summit brought together more than 300 local leaders and subject matter experts in the fields of drug detection and treatment, law enforcement, first aid, and healthcare.  This year's summit will build on that momentum, focusing on prevention in the community, intervention by healthcare professionals, and treatment by first responders.   Register HERE.

The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC- APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host its FY19 1Q symposium entitled Oral Technical Proposals Presentations (OTPPs) on December 12, 2018 at Mallette Hall Auditorium, 6008 Jayhawk Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.  The symposium will be from 9-11:00AM; doors will open at 8:15AM.  The symposium will afford Industry and Government partners an opportunity to recommend best practices for submitting and evaluating oral technical proposal presentations.  RSVPs to attend the symposium are due December 5, 2018 by filling out  APG S3CoE Industry RSVP form  (email filled form to S3CoE email address:
