FREE ENTREPRENEUR TRAINING FOR VETERANS:
Project Opportunity is an intensive curriculum based 10-week cohort program. Training includes: Assessing Your Business Idea, Marketing Analysis, Financing and Financial Management, Business Structure and Taxes, and Development of a Business Plan. Through grants and community business support this program is free to all veterans. Register for one of two Project Opportunity Harford County Spring 2021 Orientation Sessions! NEW: Please join Aberdeen Proving Ground’s 2021 virtual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Observance on January 19, from 10 to 11 a.m. with our keynote speaker Gen. (Ret.) Dennis Via, former Army Material Command and Communications-Electronics Command commanding general. Via was the first African-American from Virginia promoted to four-star general, and the first Signal Corps officer to achieve that grade in the history of the Army. Click Here to view.
PROC GOVCON will be held virtually, January 22, 8AM to 5PM. This event will help small businesses navigate the federal procurement system focusing on contracting and programs at Fort Detrick, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Meade and civilian agencies such as NIH, CMS, USDA and more.
