Changing Focus: Moving From We to Me is a FREE intensive, interactive, hands-on program designed for service members and their spouses who are transitioning from active duty to the civilian sector, and veterans of any era who want to reset their transition. Changing Focus is the flagship program of the Leader Transition Institute, a 501c3 organization based in Harford County, Maryland.
The Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Advance Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI) and Technological Expo at APG, MD, will NOT BE HELD as an in-person event for 2020. APG continues to explore opportunities for a virtual event in order to maximize government and industry partner engagement on June 9-11, 2020 If you or your company has already purchased a ticket for APBI or reserved a table for the 2020 Team APG Tech Expo, please contact MissionTix directly for a refund. The 1st Annual “Monument to Monument Run to Honor!” will be held August 29, 2020 at 9am on APG. This 5k Run/Walk is to recognize and honor our Fallen Service Members and their surviving Family members. To sign up CLICK HERE. The run is capped at 500 so be sure to register soon!
“The Magic of Science Fair and Festival,” a major science festival, at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen on Oct 17, 2020. The day will feature a regional science fair for middle school students that begins at 8 a.m. and culminates with an awards ceremony at 3 p.m. The main Festival begins at 11 a.m. and lasts until 4 p.m. There will be activities for learners of all ages, from infants to adults.
